Alternatively, sessions may be conducted online via Zoom to provide greater flexibility and accessibility.
Fees
As a Community Interest Company, operating in part as a charitable organisation, we offer counselling services on a sliding scale based on income and individual circumstances. Fees range from £20 for individual sessions up to £75 for couples counselling.
In the meantime, we are also hosting a number of free mental health support workshops. Please follow our social media pages for updates on upcoming event dates and times.

Support Groups
Our drop-in support groups are free to attend.
We kindly welcome contributions towards room hire, if you’re able.
