Alternatively, sessions can be held online via Zoom for greater flexibility.
Fees:

£65 per 50-minute counselling session
From this Autumn we will be offering to some some low-cost counselling and counselling on a sliding scale and in 2025 the Bridge the Gap project (if grant funding is secured! aims to provide some complimentary counselling to young adults aged 18–22.
In the mean-time we are hosting some mental health support workshops so please keep an eye out on our social media pages for more info on event dates and times.

Support Groups
Our drop-in support groups are free to attend.
We kindly welcome contributions towards room hire, if you’re able.
