As a Community Interest Company and not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to ensuring that counselling is accessible to everyone in our local community, not just those who can afford private fees. Our mission is to make high-quality counselling both accessible and affordable for all.

The Bridge Project
In 2025, My Planet Health launched (with the help of grant funding) The Bridge Project, a new initiative supporting 18–22 year-olds during a key transition into adulthood, providing continuity of care for young people whose access to support often drops significantly as they leave existing services.
Through this project, My Planet Health aims to offer some complimentary and low-cost counselling and a series of workshops covering essential topics such as confidence coaching, mental health awareness, anxiety management, communication skills, and relationship support.
The Bridge Project is designed to provide accessible, meaningful support for young adults as they navigate early adulthood and the challenges it can bring. Phase 1 of the project will be focused on disadvantaged young people and Phase 2 for all 18-22 year olds in the local area.
