My Planet Health has recently transitioned into a Community Interest Company with the goal of expanding its reach and deepening its support for the local community of Guildford and Woking. With a strong foundation in mental health and relationship support, the organisation continues to offer specialised counselling and workshops designed to make a lasting impact.

in 2025 My Planet Health is keen to launch (with the help of some possible grant funding )  The Bridge Project, a new initiative focused on supporting  care experienced young people aged 18–22 during a critical period of transition — a time when traditional services often begin to taper off.

Through this project, My Planet Health aims to offer some complimentary and low-cost counselling and a series of workshops covering essential topics such as confidence coaching, mental health awareness, anxiety management, communication skills, and relationship support. The Bridge Project is designed to provide accessible, meaningful support for young adults as they navigate early adulthood and the challenges it can bring. Phase 1 of the project will be focused on disadvantaged young people and Phase 2 for all 18-22 year olds in the local area.
