Low cost counselling for 18-25 year olds

My Planet Health C.I.C are going to be providing low cost counselling and mental health awareness workshops to young people ages 18-25 in September to help support the local community in terms of the increasing pressure on the NHS to help young people with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression Eating Disorder and OCDs.
