My Planet Health are facilitating some free drop in groups for carers of people with eating disorders, so Mums, dads, siblings, friends are all welcome.We have have found from our experience that group sessions can be a really powerful and helpful support as gives individuals a chance to come together and feel less alone in terms of what they are going through. A support for carers group such as this also enables you to talk to others who truly understand the sorts of things you are going through and you can share tips, ideas, vent or simply listen in a supported environment.
Held at the Lancaster Village Hall in Send, 12.30pm-1.30pm every last Friday of every month
